正十二烷基甲基硫醚的應用與合成進(jìn)展 |

摘 要:分析了正十二烷基甲基硫醚(Dod-S-Me)替代小分子烷基甲基硫醚的優(yōu)勢,介紹了Dod-S-Me在Swern氧化、Corey-Kim氧化、硫葉立德以及葆森-侃德反應等有機合成領(lǐng)域的用途。系統分析了各種Dod-S-Me合成方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。最后指出,以碳酸二甲酯為原料,在固定床反應器中采用固體堿催化正十二烷基硫醇甲基化合成Dod-S-Me是優(yōu)先的選擇,在經(jīng)濟性、安全性等方面具有優(yōu)勢。 |

Application and Synthesis Progress of N-Dodecyl Methyl Sulfide |

Abstract:The advantages of n-dodecyl methyl sulfide (Dod-S-Me) in replacing small molecule alkyl methyl sulfide were analyzed, and its applications in Swern oxidation, Corey-Kim oxidation, sulfur ylide and the Paulson-Khand reaction and other organic synthesis were also introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of various synthetic methods of Dod-S-Me were systematically analyzed. Finally, it was pointed out that using dimethyl carbonate as raw material and solid base as catalysis, the methylation of n-dodecyl mercaptan to synthesize Dod-S-Me in a fixed-bed reactor was the preferred choice, in terms of economy and safety. |
