摘 要:氣相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(GC-MS)技術(shù),具有分離效率高、靈敏度高等特點(diǎn),廣泛應用于天然藥物分析領(lǐng)域。隨著(zhù)樣品前處理技術(shù)及配套儀器的不斷發(fā)展,近年來(lái)在天然藥物的研究方面取得了突破性進(jìn)展?偨Y了近幾年來(lái)GC-MS技術(shù)在天然藥物成分分析和品質(zhì)鑒定等方面取得的關(guān)鍵性進(jìn)展,闡明GC-MS技術(shù)對天然藥物研究的重要意義,對GC-MS聯(lián)用技術(shù)在天然藥物的發(fā)展提出新的展望。 |

Abstract:Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technology is widely used in the field of natural drug analysis due to its wide application range, high separation efficiency and high sensitivity. With the continuous development of sample pretreatment technology and supporting instruments, breakthroughs have been made in the research of natural drugs in recent years. The key progress of GC-MS technology in natural drug ingredients, functional ingredients and natural drug quality identification in recent years were summarized, the significance of GC-MS technology in the field of natural drugs was clarified, and the advantages and disadvantages were summarized, in order to put forward the development of GC-MS technology in the development of natural drugs. |
