嗪蟲(chóng)唑酰胺(Dimpropyridaz)的合成與生物活性

摘 要:為研究嗪蟲(chóng)唑酰胺(Dimpropyridaz)的生物活性,以3-甲基-2-丁酮和3,4,5-三氯噠嗪為原料,經(jīng)7步反應合成了嗪蟲(chóng)唑酰胺,其結構經(jīng)質(zhì)譜和核磁共振氫譜等表征確證。室內測定了嗪蟲(chóng)唑酰胺對蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)(Aphis fabae)、稻褐飛虱(Nilaparvata lugens)、粘蟲(chóng)(Mythimna separata)和棉紅蜘蛛(Tetranychus urticae)的生物活性,結果表明嗪蟲(chóng)唑酰胺對蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)表現出高活性,其LC50值為0.039 mg/L,對褐飛虱表現出一定活性,對粘蟲(chóng)和棉紅蜘蛛沒(méi)有表現出明顯活性。

Abstract:In order to study the biological activities of dimpropyridaz, it was synthesized from 3-methylbutan-2-one and 3,4,5-trichloropyridazine by seven steps, and its structure was confirmed by MS, 1H NMR, etc. The bioassay of dimpropyridaz against Aphis fabae, Nilaparvata lugens, Mythimna separata and Tetranychus urticae was carried out in laboratory, the results indicated that dimpropyridaz showed high activity against Aphis fabae, its LC50 was 0.039 mg/L, which showed certain activity against Nilaparvata lugens, but did not show obvious activity against Mythimna separata and Tetranychus urticae.
