| 摘 要：以HPW-SiO2/γ-Al2O3為催化劑，異辛醇聚氧丙烯醚246/362/478和硬脂酸為原料合成了異辛醇聚氧丙烯醚硬脂酸酯�？疾炝嗣阉嵛镔|(zhì)的量比、催化劑用量、反應時(shí)間、反應溫度、吸水劑用量等因素對酯化率的影響。優(yōu)化反應條件為：n（異辛醇聚氧丙烯醚）∶n（硬脂酸）=1.02∶1.00，HPW-SiO2/γ-Al2O3為反應物總質(zhì)量的0.15%，反應時(shí)間為4 h，反應溫度160 ℃。優(yōu)化條件下異辛醇聚氧丙烯醚246/362/478與硬脂酸的酯化率分別為98.01%、97.93%、97.67%。 |

| Process for the Synthesis of Isooctanol Polyoxypropylene Ether Stearate |

| Abstract：To synthesize isooctanol polyoxypropylene ether stearate HPW-SiO2/γ-Al2O3 was used as catalyst, isooctanol polyoxypropylene ether 246/362/478 and stearic acid as raw materials . The effects of etheric acid molar ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature, water absorbent dosage and other factors on esterification rate were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as the followings: n(isooctanol polyoxypropylene ether):n(stearic acid) was of 1.02∶1.00; HPW-SiO2/γ-Al2O3 was 0.15% of the total mass of the reactant; the reaction time was 4 h; and the reaction temperature was 160 ℃. Under the above conditions, the esterification rates of isooctanol polyoxypropylene ether 246/362/478 and stearic acid were 98.01%, 97.93% and 97.67%, respectively. |
