摘 要:以 5- 氨基 1H -1,2 ,4 -三氮唑 3 -羧酸為原料 ,經(jīng)重氮化反應及Sandmeyer反應得到 5 - 氯、5 -溴、5 -碘、5- 氰基 1H -1,2 ,4 - 三氮唑 3 -羧酸 ,通過(guò)UV ,IR ,1HNMR和元素分析對所有產(chǎn)物的結構進(jìn)行了表征。 |

Abstract:Four kinds of 5-substituted-lH-l, 2, 4-triazoles were prepared with 5-amino-lH-l,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid through diazotization and sandmeyer reaction. Their structures were characterized by IR, UV and MS. |
