一種席夫堿熒光材料PZ1的設計、合成與光譜性能 |

摘 要:以對氨基苯甲酸甲酯為起始原料,通過(guò)酰肼化、水楊醛縮合,對二甲氨基苯甲醛縮合,經(jīng)3步合成得到一種席夫堿熒光材料PZ1,其結構經(jīng)IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、MS表征確證,采用UV-Vis、FS分析了PZ1的光學(xué)性質(zhì),進(jìn)行了該材料的細胞毒性評價(jià)。結果顯示,PZ1呈現特征光學(xué)吸收,UV-vis光譜的最大吸收峰處于282 nm,斯托克位移為70 nm,pH=6~9時(shí)PZ1熒光性能穩定,此外,經(jīng)ECV304細胞24 h增殖抑制實(shí)驗證明,PZ1細胞毒性較小,在醫學(xué)、生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域具有應用前景。 |

Design, Synthesis and Spectral Properties of a Schiff Base Fluorescent Material PZ1 |

Abstract:Using p-aminobenzoic acid methyl ester, hydrazine hydrate, salicylaldehyde and p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde as the starting materials, a Schiff base fluorescent material PZ1 was obtained through a three-step process. The material’s structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS; optical properties were analyzed using UV-Vis and FS; and the cytotoxicity was evaluated through the inhibition experiment on ECV304 at 24 h. It was indicated that the fluorescent material demonstrated specific optical signals and steady fluorescence versus pH changes, showing a maximal absorbance peak at 282 nm in UV-vis spectrum and a Stokes shift of 70 nm in FS. Moreover, the synthesized material showed low cytotoxicity even when incubated with ECV304 cells for 24 h, which were all in good accordance with the molecular structure design and synthetic design. |
