抗靜電PVC復合材料制備及性能研究 |

摘 要:使用木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉作為抗靜電劑,己內酯為分散劑,與聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混制備了抗靜電PVC復合材料。當己內酯添加量為4份,木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉添加量為5份時(shí),PVC復合材料表面電阻為7.2×107 Ω,達到了抗靜電制品的表面電阻要求?轨o電材料PVC復合材料彎曲模量為1 114 MPa,與未添加抗靜電劑的聚氯乙烯材料相比提升3.1%;拉伸強度為42.63 MPa,降低7.8%。 |

Preparation and Properties of Antistatic PVC Composites |

Abstract:Antistatic PVC composite was prepared using sodium lignosulfonate (SLS) as antistatic agent by melting blending while caprolactone (CL) was used as a dispersant. When the amount of CL was 4 parts and the amount of SLS was 5 parts, the surface resistance of PVC composite material was 7.2×107 Ω, which met the surface resistance requirements of antistatic products. The bending modulus of this antistatic material was 1 114 MPa, which was 3.1% higher than that of PVC material without antistatic agent. Tensile strength was 42.63 MPa, a reduction of 7.8%. |
