在微波加熱下對造紙廢液中木質(zhì)素催化降解反應的研究 |

摘 要:基于凝膠滲透色譜(GPC)和紫外-可見(jiàn)分光光度法(UV-Vis)對微波加熱條件下催化降解造紙黒液進(jìn)行了研究,探究了不同催化劑、加熱方法、微波功率、加熱時(shí)間、催化劑用量等因素對木質(zhì)素降解反應的影響。優(yōu)化的催化反應條件為:70 mL造紙黑液,0.5 g催化劑HZSM-5,微波功率450~550 W,反應時(shí)間2.5 h。優(yōu)化條件下,木質(zhì)素分子量由2 000~3 000下降到800~1 000,酚羥基含量從1.90 mmol/g上升到3.30 mmol/g。 |

Catalytic Degradation of Lignin in Waste Water from the Paper Mill Assisted by Microwave |

Abstract:The waste water from the paper mill was catalytically degraded under microwave heating, and results was used to evaluate the effects of the type of catalyst, heating methods, microwave power, heating time, and catalyst dosage on lignin degradation reaction by GPC and UV-Vis. The optimized catalytic reaction conditions were determined as follows: 70 mL black waste water from the paper mill, 0.5 g catalyst HZSM-5, microwave power of 450~550 W, reaction time of 2.5 h. Under optimized conditions, the molecular weight of lignin decreased from 2 000~3 000 to 800~1 000, and the phenolic hydroxyl content increased from 1.901 mmol/g to 3.301 mmol/g. |
