土壤和地下水中氯化芐的頂空-氣相色譜法研究 |

| 摘 要：開(kāi)發(fā)了利用頂空-氣相色譜法檢測土壤和地下水中氯化芐的新技術(shù)。頂空進(jìn)樣后，經(jīng)DB-WAX型毛細管柱分離，采用氫火焰離子化檢測器對氯化芐進(jìn)行測定，外標法定量。氯化芐在質(zhì)量濃度0.2~10 mg/L范圍內線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好，相關(guān)系數為0.998。土壤和地下水中氯化芐的檢出限分別為0.3 mg/kg和0.04 mg/L，加標回收率分別為85.6%~90.0%和82.5%~91.5%，相對標準偏差分別為3.2%~5.9%和2.2%~4.8%（n=6）。新技術(shù)的檢測前處理簡(jiǎn)便可靠、準確度高、精密度好。 |

| Determination of Benzyl Chloride in Soil or Ground Water by Headspace Gas Chromatography |

| Abstract：A novel technique for the determination of benzyl chloride in soil or ground water by headspace gas chromatography was developed. After headspace injection, the benzyl chloride was separated by a DB-WAX type capillary column, detected by FID, and quantified by external standard method. Signal of benzyl chloride had a good linear relationship in a range of mass concentration 0.2~10 mg/L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.998. The detection limits of benzyl chloride were 0.3 mg/kg and 0.04 mg/L, respectively; the recovery rates of standard addition were 85.6%~90.0% and 82.5%~91.5%, respectively; and the relative standard deviations were 3.2%~5.9% and 2.2%~4.8% (n=6) for soil and ground water, respectively. The sample-preparation process was simple. The result was accurate and reliable. |
