湖南不同地區草地貪夜蛾種群對四種類(lèi)型殺蟲(chóng)劑的抗藥性監測 |

摘 要:為明確湖南草地貪夜蛾對甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲酸鹽、氯蟲(chóng)苯甲酰胺、高效氯氟氰菊酯和茚蟲(chóng)威等的抗藥性程度,建立了田間玉米草地貪夜蛾種群的敏感基線(xiàn)。用浸葉法測定了四種類(lèi)型殺蟲(chóng)劑對湖南省10個(gè)地級市的草地貪夜蛾種群3齡幼蟲(chóng)的LC50,并以此為毒力基線(xiàn)。將10個(gè)種群所測數據進(jìn)行合并計算毒力回歸方程,得出混合種群的敏感基線(xiàn)。結果表明草地貪夜蛾不同田間種群對四種類(lèi)型的敏感性均存在一定差異,其中對甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲酸鹽抗性最低和抗性最高的種群分別為張家界(慈利縣)種群和常德(鼎城區)種群,其抗性倍數分別為4.95和2.21,最高值與最低值之間的抗性差異達到2.24倍,10地種群對四種類(lèi)型的抗性倍數在1~5之間。湖南不同地區草地貪夜蛾種群對四種類(lèi)型殺蟲(chóng)劑雖未達到低抗性水平,但敏感性已降低。 |

Monitoring the Resistance of Spodoptera frugiperda to Four Types of Insecticides in Different Areas of Hunan Province |

Abstract:In order to determine the degree of resistance of Spodoptera frugiperda in Hunan Province to emamectin benzoate, chlorantraniliprole, lambda-cyhalothrin and indoxacarb, a sensitive baseline of Spodoptera frugiperda population in corn grassland was established. The LC50 of four types of insecticides against the 3rd instar larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda gracilis collected from 10 prefecture level cities in Hunan province was determined by leaf dipping method, and this was taken as the toxicity baseline. The sensitive baseline of the mixed population was obtained by combining the measured data of 10 populations to calculate the virulence regression equation. The results showed that there were some differences in the sensitivity of different field populations to the four types. The populations with the lowest and highest resistance to methylaminoabamectin benzoate were Zhangjiajie (Cili County) population and Changde (Dingcheng District) population, their resistance multiples were 4.95 and 2.21, respectively. The difference between the highest and lowest resistance values was 2.24 times. The resistance times of 10 populations to the four types ranged from 1 to 5. Although the population of Spodoptera frugiperda in different areas of Hunan has not reached the low resistance level to the four types of insecticides, its sensitivity has decreased. |
