聚并苯/氧化鋁雙層包覆對高鎳三元正極材料電化學(xué)性能的影響 |

摘 要:通過(guò)表面包覆對鋰離子電池正極材料-鎳鈷錳三元材料進(jìn)行改性,提高其結構穩定性和界面穩定性。采用導電聚合物聚并苯(PAS)和金屬氧化物Al2O3對KCl摻雜改性的LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2(NCM523)進(jìn)行雙層包覆改性,以進(jìn)一步提高其綜合性能。通過(guò)XRD、SEM、TEM分析及電化學(xué)性能測試表明,包覆沒(méi)有改變材料結構,包覆層改善了材料界面的電導率,阻止了電極活性材料表面的副反應,有利于提高鋰離子電池的大倍率性能。 |

Enhanced Electrochemical Performance of Nickle-rich Layered Cathode Materials Double-coated by PAS and Al2O3 |

Abstract:The structural and interfacial stability of nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary materials could be improved by modifying ternary materials by surface coating. LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 (NCM523) modified by KCl doping was double-coated by conducting polymer polybenzene (PAS) and metal oxide Al2O3 to further improve its comprehensive properties. The results of XRD, SEM, TEM and electrochemical performance tests showed that the coating did not change the material structure, and the coating improved the electrical conductivity of the material interface, prevented the side reaction on the surface of the electrode active material, and was beneficial to improve the high-rate performance of lithium-ion battery. |
