β-蒿甲醚的波譜數據和結構確證 |

摘 要:通過(guò)高分辨質(zhì)譜、核磁共振波譜、熱分析、X射線(xiàn)粉末衍射對β-蒿甲醚進(jìn)行了結構表征,確定了樣品的分子結構和晶型。綜合運用多種譜學(xué)方法確證了β-蒿甲醚的結構,為其質(zhì)量研究提供參考。 |

Spectral Analysis and Structural Identification of β-Artemether |

Abstract:β-Artemether was the main drug for the treatment of malaria. The structure of β-Artemether was characterized by high-resolution mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance data, thermal analysis, and X-ray powder diffraction, and the molecular structure and crystal form of the sample were determined. The structure of β-Artemether was confirmed by comprehensive use of a variety of spectroscopic methods, and a reference for its quality research was provided. |
