七氟異丙基碘的制備與應用 |

| 摘 要：七氟異丙基碘是一種應用前景廣闊的有機合成中間體。綜述了七氟異丙基碘的制備方法，分析比較了各種制備方法的優(yōu)勢與不足，六氟丙烯法是制備七氟異丙基碘的最常用方法，其中碘和氟化鉀的混合物，碘、氯氣和氫氟酸的混合物作為氟化碘的來(lái)源，七氟異丙基碘制造成本低，易于工業(yè)化；介紹了七氟異丙基碘在高效低毒含氟農藥、含氟表面活性劑、含氟整理劑、氯氟烴替代品中的應用。 |

| Abstract：Heptafluoroisopropyl iodide is a promising organic intermediate. The preparation methods of heptafluoroisopropyl iodide were reviewed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods were analyzed and compared. It was pointed out that hexafluoropropylene method was the most commonly used method for preparing heptafluoroisopropyl iodide at present, in which the mixture of iodine and potassium fluoride and the mixture of iodine, chlorine and hydrofluoric acid were the sources of iodine fluoride, the production cost of heptafluoroisopropyl iodide was low and it was easy to be industrialized. The applications of heptafluoroisopropyl iodide in high efficiency and low toxicity fluorine-containing pesticides, fluorine-containing surfactants, fluorine-containing finishing agents and alternatives to chlorofluorocarbons were introduced. |
