吡拉西坦合成工藝的改進(jìn)

摘 要:以α-吡咯烷酮為起始原料,經(jīng)與甲醇鈉反應得到吡咯烷酮鈉鹽(2),再與氯乙酸甲酯縮合得到吡咯烷酮乙酸甲酯(3),最后經(jīng)過(guò)氨解反應得吡拉西坦(1)。該制備方法三廢少、污染小、效率高、收率高,具有工業(yè)化應用前景。

Abstract:Using 2-pyrrolidone as starting material, pyrrolidone sodium salt (2) was prepared by substitution reaction; methyl pyrrolidone acetate (3) was obtained by the condensation reaction of 2; finally piracetam (1) was obtained by the ammonolysis reaction of 3. This preparation method has the advantages of less waste, less pollution, high efficiency and high yield, and has the prospect of industrial application.
