2,2-二甲基-4-羥基-1,3-苯并二噁茂的合成研究 |

摘 要:以2-甲氧基丙烯代替2,2-二甲氧基丙烷為原料合成了2,2-二甲基-4-羥基-1,3-苯并二噁茂。研究了影響反應收率的因素,優(yōu)化條件為:以二甲苯為溶劑,m(焦性沒(méi)食子酸)∶m(二甲苯)=1.0∶5.0,n(焦性沒(méi)食子酸)∶n(2-甲氧基丙烯)=1.00∶1.20,2-甲氧基丙烯滴加溫度135 ℃,滴加時(shí)間6 h。優(yōu)化條件下產(chǎn)物純度99.2%,收率88.5%,其結構經(jīng)GC-MS、1H NMR確認。該工藝轉化率高、收率高、“三廢”少,具有工業(yè)化應用前景。 |

Synthesis of 2,2-Dimethyl-4-hydroxy-1,3-benzodioxole |

Abstract:2,2-Dimethyl-4-hydroxy-1,3-benzodioxole was synthesized from 2-methoxyproene instead of 2,2-dimethoxypropane. The optimum conditions were as followings: n(pyrogallic acid)∶n(2-methoxyproene)=1.00∶1.20 using xylene as solvent with m(pyrogallic acid)∶m(xylene)=1.0∶5.0, and 2-methoxyproene was added at 135 ℃ in 6 h. Under the optimized conditions, a yield of 88.5% with a purity of 99.2% was achieved. The structure of the product was confirmed by GC-MS and 1H NMR. The process has the advantages including high conversion rate, high yield and less wastes. |
