三種熊去氧膽酸雜質(zhì)的合成 |

摘 要:為獲得歐洲藥典7.0收錄的熊去氧膽酸雜質(zhì),以鵝去氧膽酸為起始原料,經(jīng)氧化、還原、酯化合成了雜質(zhì)I、雜質(zhì)G和雜質(zhì)A,純度均大于98.0%(HPLC)。其結構均經(jīng)質(zhì)譜、1H NMR和13C NMR確證。 |

Synthesis of Three Impurities in Ursodeoxycholic Acid |

Abstract:In order to obtain the ursodeoxycholic acid impurities mentioned in EP 7.0, the impurity I, G and A were prepared from chenodeoxycholic acid by oxidation, hydrogenation, and esterification. The purity of the synthesized compounds was higher than 98.0% (HPLC), and their chemical structures were confirmed by MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR. |
