己基咔唑衍生物電化學(xué)傳感器制備及Mn2+檢測應用 |

摘 要:采用vilsmeier甲;土u醛縮合法合成N-己基咔唑衍生物,通過(guò)紅外光譜、質(zhì)譜和核磁共振氫譜對化合物結構進(jìn)行表征確證;采用滴涂法制備N(xiāo)-己基咔唑/rGO/GCE復合電極,通過(guò)循環(huán)伏安曲線(xiàn)測試和阻抗測試進(jìn)行表征;采用循環(huán)伏安檢測Mn2+。結果表明HD4/rGO/GCE對Mn2+電化學(xué)響應較好。在掃描速度50 mV/s、pH=4的優(yōu)化條件下,Mn2+濃度在2~200 μmol/L線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好,最低檢測限為0.298 μmol/L(S/N=3)。選取最優(yōu)修飾電極用于Mn2+標準品測定,加標回收率為98.0%~101.0%。結果表明HD4/rGO/GCE具有良好的穩定性、重復性和抗干擾性。 |

Preparation of N-hexyl Carbazole Derivative Electrochemical Sensor and Applications for Mn2+ Detection |

Abstract:N-hexyl carbazole derivatives were synthesized through vilsmeier formylation and hydroxyl acetylation. The structures of the compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. N-hexyl carbazole/rGO/GCE composite electrode was prepared by drip coating method and characterized by cyclic voltammetry curve and impedance test. Cyclic voltammetry was used to detect Mn2+. The results showed that HD4/rGO/GCE had the best electrochemical response to Mn2+.Under the best experimental conditions of the optimal scanning speed was 50 mV/s and the pH was 4, Mn2+ concentration showed a good linear relationship between 2~200 μmol/L and the lowest detection limit was 0.298 μmol/L (S/N=3). The optimal modified electrode was selected for the determination of Mn2+ standard, and the recoveries were 98.0%~101.0%. The results showed that HD4/rGO/GCE had good stability, repeatability and anti-interference. |
