摘 要:以頭孢拉定離心母液為研究對象,研究了冷凍濃縮提取頭孢拉定工藝,考察了冷凍裝置、冷凍溫度、pH、冷凍時(shí)間及攪拌方式等因素對冷凍濃縮效果的影響。結果表明:采用內刮式冷凍濃縮裝置進(jìn)行冷凍濃縮,冷凍溫度-8 ℃,冷凍時(shí)間4 h,攪拌轉速150 r/min時(shí),冷凍濃縮效果較好,頭孢拉定提取率88.7%。 |

Abstract:To conduct experimental research on freeze concentration, cefradine centrifuge mother liquor was used as the research object. The effects of factors incuding freezing device, freezing temperature, pH value, freezing time, and stirring mode on the freezing process were studied. The results showed that using an internal scraping type freeze concentration device for freeze concentration, at a freezing temperature of -8 ℃, a freezing time of 4 hours, and a stirring speed of 150 r/min, the better freeze concentration effect was achieved, and the extraction yield of cefradine was 88.7%. |
