微孔介質(zhì)塔板流體力學(xué)和傳質(zhì)性能的研究 |

摘 要:開(kāi)發(fā)出一種新型微孔介質(zhì)塔板—泡沫鎳塔板 ,并在一個(gè) 5 0 0× 5 0 0mm2 有機玻璃方塔內用空氣—水系統測定了其流體力學(xué)性能指標—塔板壓降等 ,用二氧化碳解吸實(shí)驗測定了塔板效率 ,研究了它們隨空塔動(dòng)能因子、堰高和液流強度變化的規律。實(shí)驗結果表明 ,此種塔板雖然壓降稍大 ,但傳質(zhì)效率很高且沒(méi)有漏液 ,可用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中。 |

Study on Hydrodynamic Performance and Mass Transfer Efficiency of Porous Material Tray |

Abstract:A new type of porous materials tray-continuous nickel foam tray was developed in this paper. The hydrodynamic performance index-plate pressure drop, etc, was investigated by using air-water system in a column with side length of 500×500mm. The mass transfer efficiency of the tray is determined by experiment of CO 2 desorption. It was showed that the mass transfer efficiency of this unit is much higher than F1 valve tray and there is no weeping, though the plate pressure drop is higher than that of F1 valve... |
