新型Nb_2O_5催化劑的制備及催化性能的研究 |

摘 要:以乙酸和正丁醇催化酯化合成乙酸正丁酯為探針?lè )磻?,對Nb2 O5型催化劑的制備與催化活性進(jìn)行了一系列的研究 ,得出了優(yōu)惠的工藝條件。正丁醇的轉化率達 95 % ,乙酸正丁酯的選擇性 10 0 %。并對催化劑進(jìn)行了一系列的表征 ,發(fā)現其與催化活性能很好地關(guān)聯(lián)。 |

An Investigation on Activity and Preparation of Niobium Oxide Catalyst |

Abstract:Taking the synthesis of butyl acetate by the catalytic esteritification of acetic acid and butanol as a probe reaction, a series of studies on the prepation of the catalyst and its activity was made. The conversion ration of butanol and selectivity of butyl acetate are 95% and 100%, respectively, in the optimal condition. Using different analysis method for catalyst, relations with reaction is very good. |
