超臨界CO_2萃取被孢霉菌體油脂及花生四烯酸的研究 |

| 摘 要：采用超臨界CO2 萃取技術(shù)提取被孢霉菌體油脂 ,研究在超臨界狀態(tài)下 ,溫度、壓力、夾帶劑與時(shí)間對油脂萃取率的影響 ,并分析對油脂成分的影響 ,從實(shí)際結果確定的優(yōu)惠工藝條件為 :萃取壓力為 13MPa ,萃取溫度為 32℃ ,時(shí)間為 70min ,甲醇 10 %。此時(shí)油脂得率達到 37.45% ,花生四烯酸含量達到 15.68%。 |

| Study on Supercritical CO_2 extraction of Arachidonic Acid from Fungus Mortierella |

| Abstract：Supercritical CO 2 extraction was used for extraction of lipids from fungi mortierella. Effects of temperature, pressure, auxiliary solvents and time on lipidsextraction rate and arachidonic acid content in lipids were studied. The optimal conditions are pressure 13MPa, temperature 32℃, time 70 minutes and methanol 10%. At these conditions the extraction ratio of lipids was 37.45% and arachidonic acid in lipids was 15.68%. |
