水熱法四氧化三錳超細粉體的正交實(shí)驗設計及討論 |

摘 要:以乙醇和高錳酸鉀為原料 ,利用水熱法來(lái)制備四氧化三錳超細粉體。討論了反應釜的填充度并以正交實(shí)驗研究和討論反應溫度、反應時(shí)間、反應物濃度、溶液的酸堿性對實(shí)驗結果的影響 ,最終得到反應的優(yōu)惠工藝條件。對所制備的產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行表征 ,經(jīng)XRD進(jìn)行物相分析 ,確認產(chǎn)物為單一相的Mn3O4 ,經(jīng)粒度分析儀、掃描電鏡檢測 ,產(chǎn)物的粒徑為 5 0~ 90nm ,為四方晶狀顆粒且沒(méi)有明顯的團聚現象。 |

Orthogonal Design and Discussed of the Hyperfine Trimanganese Tetroxide Powder by the Hydrothermal Method |

Abstract:Superfines Mn 3O 4 was prepared by the hydrothermal method, using ethanol and potassium permanganate as stocks. Based on orthogonal experiment. The influential factors such as temperature, time, concentration and the acid-basic character were investigated. The product was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction patterns, Scan electron microscope. The result showed that the Mn 3O 4 is single-phase and the particle size is 50~90nm. |
