間接分光光度法測定試劑鹽酸中的微量氟 |

摘 要:研究了在一定的酸性條件下 ,氟與鋯生成穩定的無(wú)色絡(luò )合物 ,使相對性較差的鋯—二甲酚橙絡(luò )合物的紅色褪去 ,從而間接測定了試劑鹽酸中的微量氟 ,該溶液的最大吸收波長(cháng)為 535nm ,50ml體系里含氟量在 0~ 25μg范圍內測定結果呈現很好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系。氟回收率在 98.8%~100.5 %,相對標準偏差為 3.5 %。 |

Abstract:An indirect spectrophotometry was introduced to determine trace amounts of fluorine in chemical reagent hydrochloric acid.In a certain acid solution,fluoride ion reacted with zirconium ion into a stable colorless complex compound,which made less stable Zr-xylenol orange red comples compound fade.So we can indirectly determine trace amounts of fluorine in reagent hydrochloric acid.The sample solution has a maximum absorption band at 535nm.
