HPLC法測定苯噻·芐·乙復配除草劑中的活性成份 |

| 摘 要：報道了 30 %苯噻·芐·乙復酸除草劑的高效液相色譜分析方法 ,采用乙腈 +甲醇+水 =30 +40 +30 (V/V )為流動(dòng)相 ,在C18柱上UV-230nm下 ,同時(shí)測定了苯噻草胺、芐嘧磺隆和乙草胺的含量 ,標準偏差分別為 0.038、0.015和 0.016,變異系數分別為 0.16%,0.59%,0.63%,回收率在 98.10 %～102.28%之間。 |

| Abstract：A reversed phase HPLC was applied for determing the active ingredients of 30% Mefenacet-bensulfron-acetochlor mixed powder.Taking acetonitrile,methanol and water of 30∶40∶30 as the mobile phase at UV-230?nm ,SD and CV of the method for mefenacet, bensalfron and acetochlor are 0.038,0.15%,0.015,0.59% and 0.016,0.63%. The recovery is 98.1%～102.28%. |
