茶皂素提取工藝路線(xiàn)的探討 |

摘 要:對茶皂素生產(chǎn)中三種提取工藝進(jìn)行了討論和分析 ,選擇有機溶劑提取法作為適于大型工業(yè)化設計的方法。并通過(guò)設計實(shí)例 ,著(zhù)重介紹了一種有機溶劑提取法生產(chǎn)茶皂素的生產(chǎn)工藝及其優(yōu)惠工藝參數。該法具有設備簡(jiǎn)單、投資少、見(jiàn)效快、成本低、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高等優(yōu)點(diǎn) ,是一種適于對茶餅粕進(jìn)行綜合利用的較為理想的方法。 |

Abstract:Three kinds of tea-saponin extracting technology were discussed and analysed,and a extracting method with organic solvent was choosed to suit the large-scale industry design in the text.The tea-saponin production technology and its optimum technical parameters have many advantages,such as simple facilities,economical investment, taking quicker effect, lower costing,high production quality. It is a perfect way for synthesis utilizating camellia seeds. |
