光氣路線(xiàn)合成4-氯丁酰氯 |

摘 要:介紹了以γ -丁內酯為原料 ,通過(guò)光氣化反應制備 4 -氯丁酰氯的方法 ,對主要的影響作了考察 ,優(yōu)惠工藝條件 :光化反應溫度 135℃ ,反應時(shí)間 10h ,γ -丁內酯與光氣的配比為 1∶1 1(mol/mol) ,催化劑用量 5 %,反應收率 95 %。 |

Abstract:The 4-Chlorlbutyryl Chloride was prepared form 4-butyrolactone by phosgenation.The effect of the reaction conditions were investigated.The temperature of the phosgenation is 135?℃; the mole ratio of 4-butyrolactone to phosgene is 1∶1.1; the time of phosgenation is 10h; the amount of catalyst is 5%. The yield is 95%. |
