3-氯丁醇的合成研究 |

摘 要:介紹了以 1,3 丁二醇為原料 ,通過(guò)乙;、酯交換二步制備 3 氯丁醇的方法 ,對主要的影響因素做了考察并得出結論 :乙;瘻囟刃∮ 5 0℃ ,1,3 丁二醇與乙酰氯的摩爾比為 1∶1 2 ,酯交換時(shí)間為 10h ,總收率達到 75 %。 |

Abstract:The 3-chlorobutanol was prepared from 1,3-butanediol by acetylation and ester interchang. The effect of the reaction conditions were investigated. The temperature of the acetylation is lower than 50?℃; the mole ratio of 1,3-butanediol and acetyl chloride is 1∶1.2; the time of ester interchange is 10?h; the total yield of is 75%. |
