固體超強酸非均相催化酯化合成丙烯酸丁酯 |

摘 要:研究了在間歇攪拌釜中以固體超強酸為催化劑 ,由丙烯酸和丁醇合成丙烯酸丁酯。分別考察了不同類(lèi)型固體超強酸的催化酯化作用 ,并且研究了攪拌速度、催化劑用量以及焙燒溫度對酯化反應的影響。研究結果表明以TiO2 /SO2 -4為催化劑在 363.15~373.15K溫度下反應具有很好的催化酯化作用。 |

Heterogeneous Catalytic Esterification for the Production of Butyl Acrylate by Using Solid Superacid |

Abstract:Catalytic esterification of acrylic acid and butyl alcohol for the production of butyl acrylate in batch stirred tank by using solid superacid was presented. Some different kinds of solid superacid, the influence of stir speed, the amount of catalyst, and the roasting temperature on esterification reaction was studied. The results show that the TiO 2/SO 2- 4 solid superacid under the reaction condition of 363.15~373.15 K has the best catalytic effect. |
