| 摘 要：殺菌劑己唑醇中間體 2 ( 2 ,4 二氯苯基 ) 1,2 環(huán)氧己烷 ( 1)的合成步驟如下 :以 2 ,4 二氯苯基戊酮 ( 1)為原料 ,用硫葉立德 (CH3) 3S+ CH3SO- 4為環(huán)氧化試劑 ,在堿性條件下得到 ( 1) ,收率≥95 %,產(chǎn)品含量≥ 95 %,此合成工藝反應條件溫和易控。 |

| Abstract：dichlorophenyl)-1,2-epoxyhexane(1) was synthesized according to the following procedures. Compound (1) was prepared by reaction of 2,4-dichlorophenylpentanone(2) with (CH 3) 3S +CH 3SO - 4 which as sulphonium yield under base condition. The yield is up to 95% and the purity is over 95%. The reaction is mild and easy to be controlled. |
