N-硝基-2,4,6-三氯苯胺的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以苯胺為原料 ,以乙酰硝酸酯為硝化劑 ,合成了N 硝基 2 ,4 ,6 三氯苯胺。通過(guò)實(shí)驗考察了反應溫度、反應時(shí)間、滴加時(shí)間及物料比等因素的影響。結果表明 ,當反應溫度為 14℃ ,反應時(shí)間為 1h ,物料摩爾比為 1∶1,收率最高 ,達 90 %。并通過(guò)元素分析、紅外光譜分析、質(zhì)譜 ,核磁氫譜對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了結構鑒定。 |

| Abstract：N-nitro-2,4,6-Trichloroaniline was synthesized from aniline with acetyl nitrate as nitrating agent. The factors affecting the yield of trichloroaniline are reaction temperature, reaction time, and the mole ratio of raw materials.The optimum conditions are as follows: reaction temperature is 14℃; reaction time is 1?h; the mole ratio of acetyl nitrate and trichloroaniline is 1∶1.
