鈦硅分子篩催化合成1,2-環(huán)氧丁烷

摘 要:研究了以TS 1鈦硅分子篩作催化劑 ,以 30 %H2 O2 為氧化劑 ,1 丁烯催化環(huán)氧化反應。使用均勻設計方法詳細考察了H2 O2 用量、催化劑用量、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間等因素對反應的影響。得到了H2 O2 的轉化率和 1,2 環(huán)氧丁烷的選擇性與以上因素的回歸公式 ,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗對其進(jìn)行了驗證。

Synthesis of 1,2-Epoxybutane with TS-1 as Catalyst

Abstract:Epoxidation of 1-Butene with 30% H 2O 2 as oxidant in methanol solution and TS-1 molecule sieve as catalyst was studied. Factors affecting the reaction, such as the amount of H 2O 2, the amount of catalyst, the temperature, and the reaction time was investigated with Uniform Design Method. Regression function about conversion of H 2O 2 and selectivity of 1,2-Epoxybutane was shown. This function was verified on experiment.
