硫氫化鈉法常壓合成巰基乙酸 |

| 摘 要：研究了以硫氫化鈉和氯乙酸鈉為原料常壓合成巰基乙酸。適宜工藝條件為 :硫氫化鈉溶液 pH值在 9左右 ,濃度為 0 65～ 0 70mol·L- 1,相應的氯乙酸鈉溶液濃度為 2 0～ 1 5mol·L- 1,氯乙酸鈉和硫氫化鈉配比為 1∶1 3(mol) ,反應溫度為 5 5± 1℃ ,反應時(shí)間為 12min ,巰基乙酸的收率為 82 %～ 87%。 |

| The Synthesis of Thioglycolic Acid with Sodium Hydrosulphide under Common Pressure |

| Abstract：Thioglycolic acid(TGA) was synthesized from thioglycolic acid and sodium hydrosulfide under common pressure.The conversion ratio of TGA can get 82%～87% under such optimal conditions as the pH 9.0 in 0.65～0.70?mol·L -1 NaHS solution, corresponding to 2.0～2.5?mol·L -1 ClCH 2COONa solution, the reaction temperature 55±1?℃, the time 12?min, and the molecular ratio of ClCH 2COONa/NaHS 1∶1.3. |
