生物樣品中微量稀土元素的測定 |

摘 要:稀土元素與三氯偶氮氯膦及結晶紫在酸性介質(zhì)中可形成 1∶2∶2的藍色絡(luò )合物 ,其最大吸收波長(cháng)為 6 6 0nm ,表現摩爾吸光系數ε660 =1 12× 10 5Lmol-1cm-1,稀土元素的含量在0~ 8μg/ 2 5ml的范圍內符合比耳定律 ,用于生物樣品中稀土元素的測定 ,結果令人滿(mǎn)意。 |

Abstract:The colore reaction of rare earth,trichloroch lorophosphonazo,and crystal violet has been sdied.It was found that the colore reaction form 1∶2∶2 blue complex in acid medium.The maximum absorption was at 660nm with an apparent molar absorptivily of 1.12×10 5Lmol -1 cm -1 .Bee's law was obeyed in the range of 0~8ug/25ml RE.The method can be used to determinate total RE in biological sample with satisfactory results. |
