Analysis of 33% MefenacetMetolachlorBensulfuron Methyl Wet Powder by HPLC |
CHEN Jiu xing etc.Hunan Researrch Instiute of Chemical Industry; Changsha 410007; China |
AbstractMefenacetMetolachlorBensulfuron Methyl wet powder (WP) was analyzed by HPLC using UV detection and methanol-water(HAC)as fluid phase and ODS-C 18 reverse phase column. The linear relationships, the standard deviation, and the variation coefficients of this method are very good. The standard deviations of Mefenacet, Metolachlor, and bensuulfuron methyl are 0.94,0.070,0.029.The variation coefficeients are 0.37%,1.44%,0.85%.The average recovery rates are 100.3%,99.7%,99.2%.The linear relationships are 0.9... |
