低壓氧法合成乙醛酸的改進(jìn) |

摘 要:用少量復合催化劑SA ,使用低壓氧氧化乙二醛 ,合成乙醛酸 ,乙二醛轉化率≥98% ,乙醛酸收率≥ 93%。電位滴定監控反應。研究了 pH及乙二醛對合成的影響 ,得到優(yōu)惠工藝條件 :介質(zhì)pH <1,反應液中乙二醛含量 (起始 )≥ 16 % ,催化劑SA適量 ,氧等氣體總壓0 12MPa ,反應溫度 4 0~ 6 0℃ ,時(shí)間 2~ 3h。 |

The improve of Synthesis for Glyoxylic Acid by Oxugen |

Abstract:Glyoxylic acid was satisfyingly synthesiaed by controlling oxidation of glyoxal with oxygen and using substituti on of multifunctional material as catalyst. Percentage conversion of glyoxal is ≥98%,yield of glyoxylic acid 93%. The method using new catalyst avoids producing salts. The optimun condition of synthesis follow:pH of medium <1, w(OHCCHO)≥16%,total pressure of oxygen and other gas 0 12MPa,reaction temperature 40~60?℃ and reacting time 2~3h. |
