固體超強酸SO_4~(2-)-ZrO_2-MoO_3催化合成α-萘乙酸甲酯 |

摘 要:以固體超強酸SO2 -4-ZrO2 -MoO3 為催化劑合成α 萘乙酸甲酯 ,考察了MoCO3含量、焙燒溫度、焙燒時(shí)間等制備條件對催化劑性能的影響。同時(shí)還討論了酯化反應時(shí)間、催化劑用量以及原料醇酸質(zhì)量之比對酯化率的影響。在優(yōu)惠反應條件下 ,α 萘乙酸甲酯的轉化率為83.8%。 |

Abstract:Methyl α naphthylacetate was synthesized with solid superacid SO 2- 4 ZrO 2 MoO 3 as catalyst.The factors of influencing catalytic activity were investigated,such as the amount of MoCO 3,calcination temprature,time tec.The conditions of the esterifiocation reaction were studied at the same time.The conversion is 83.8% at the optimum conditions. |
