微波輻射活性炭固載對甲苯磺酸催化合成氯乙酸異丙酯 |

摘 要:報道了用活性炭固載對甲苯磺酸作催化劑 ,微波輻射法合成氯乙酸異丙酯。當微波輻射功率為 160W ,催化劑用量為 2.0g時(shí) ,反應 45min ,氯乙酸異丙酯的收率為 78.3% ,純度為 99.8%。同時(shí)發(fā)現在微波輻射下 ,酯化反應速率、收率均明顯高于常規加熱方式。 |

Abstract:It was reported that the synthesis of isopropyl chloroacetate catalyzed by p toluenesulfonic acid(PTSA) supported on activated carbon under microwave irradiation. When the power of microwave irradiation is 160?w, amount of catalyst is 2.0?g, reaction time is 45?min, yield and purity of the product are 78.3% and 99.8% respectively. In addition, it was found that under microwave irradiation, the reaction rate of esterification, and yield of the product is higher than that of conventional heating method. |
