固體超強酸SO_4~(2-)-MoO_3-TiO_2催化合成己二酸二乙酯 |

摘 要:制備了新型催化劑SO2 - 4 MoO3 TiO2 ,考察了該催化劑在己二酸二乙酯合成反應中的催化活性 ,優(yōu)化條件下 ,己二酸二乙酯的收率達 97%。優(yōu)化條件如下 :己二酸 0 .1mol,無(wú)水乙醇 0 .6mol,催化劑 1.2g ,帶水劑環(huán)己烷 15ml,回流溫度下反應 4h。 |

Synthesis of Diethyl Adipate by Using SO_4~(2-)-MoO_3-TiO_2 as Catalyst |

Abstract:SO 2- 4 MoO 3 TiO 2 was prepared and it was used as catalyst in esterification of adipic acid and ethyl alcohol. The conditions of the esterification were discussed. In the optimum condition, the yield of diethyl adipate was 97%. The optimum condition was as follows: adipic acid 0.1mol, ethyl alcohol 0.6mol, the catalyst 1.2g, cyclohexane 15ml, reflux for 4h. |
