| 摘 要：以二苯甲酮為原料 ,經(jīng)催化合成二苯甲醇 ,再與 2-巰基乙酸反應合成 2-二苯甲基硫代乙酸 ,再經(jīng)SOCl2 氯化 ,氨水氨化和H2O2 氧化合成產(chǎn)品莫達非尼 ,熔點(diǎn) 164～165.5℃ ,含量 99% ,總收率 66.8%。 |

| Abstract：The modifinil was synthesized from benzophenone as material. As first, the benzophenone was reduced to benzhydrol, then, which reacted with 2 thioglycollic acid to produce 2 diphenyl methylthioacetic acid, which was chloriated by SOCl 2, aminated by ammonia and then exidized by H 2O 2. The melt point of the product is 164～165?℃, Content 99%, and the overall yield 66.8%. |
