| 摘 要：建立了一種測定溴氨酸的反相離子對 高效液相色譜的方法。以甲醇 水為流動(dòng)相,四甲基溴化銨為離子對試劑,2 萘酚為內標物,檢測波長(cháng)為240nm,線(xiàn)性范圍為0～0.18mg/ml,濃度測定的變異系數為0.26%～0.81%。 |

| The Determination of Bromamine Acid with RPIP-HPLC |

| Abstract：The analysis method of bromamine acid was studied with RPIP HPLC. Chromatographic conditions are with methanol water was mobile phase, tetramethylammonium bromide as ion pair reagent, 2 naphthol as internal standard, and UV detection at 240nm. The method gives a linear range of O～0.18mg/mL and a coefficient of variation of 0.26%～0.81%. |
