新型陽(yáng)離子降濾失劑PKC-3的研制與應用 |

摘 要:將下腳料聚丙烯腈水解,用三甲胺、甲醛進(jìn)行陽(yáng)離子化,再用過(guò)氧化氫氧化,制得了陽(yáng)離子度為10.5%的降濾失劑PKC-3。在PKC-3加量為0.5%的情況下可使膨潤土基漿的API濾失量較大幅度地降低,抗鹽抗污染性能良好,頁(yè)巖回收率明顯高于所評價(jià)的其它處理劑,探討了其作用機理,現場(chǎng)應用表明,效果明顯。 |

Abstract:The fluid loss additive PKC 3 of 10.5% cationic degree was synthesized from the tailings polyacry lonitrile, which was hydrolyzed, changed to a action by trimethylamine and formaldehyde, and oxidated by H 2O 2. When 0.5% PKC 3 was added into the bentouite base mud, the API filtration was decreased greatly. Its salt resistancy and resistance to fouling was better.
