苯甲醛直接氯化法合成間氯苯甲醛

摘 要:以苯甲醛為原料直接氯化合成間氯苯甲醛,通過(guò)對幾種可能的催化劑進(jìn)行比較,選擇了無(wú)水三氯化鋁作為該氯化反應的催化劑;用單因素方法和正交實(shí)驗考察了原料液濃度、催化劑用量、反應溫度和反應時(shí)間對氯化反應的影響,得到了氯化反應優(yōu)惠條件:苯甲醛1.33mol/L,無(wú)水三氯化鋁1.70mol/L,反應時(shí)間30min,反應溫度50℃。苯甲醛的轉化率≥90%,間氯苯甲醛的收率≥79%,選擇性為88%,氯化產(chǎn)品中基本無(wú)同分異構體。

Abstract:The synthesis method of m chlorobenzaldehyde from benzaldehyde by direct chlorination was studied. Anhydrous aluminium was picked out as the best catalyst from many kinds of catalysts. By parameters and orthogonal test, the effects of the concentration of raw material, the catalyst, reaction temperature, and reaction time was investigated.
