芳烴萃取劑N-甲酰嗎啉的合成 |

摘 要:研究了以嗎林為原料 ,用甲酸或甲酸甲酯等做;瘎 ,在催化劑存在下 ,并且在一定的反應溫度、反應時(shí)間和常壓下合成N 甲酰嗎啉。實(shí)驗結果表明 :嗎啉的轉化率可達 95 %以上 ,經(jīng)精餾后N 甲酰嗎啉的純度可達 98%以上。 |

The Synthesis of N-formylmorpholine |

Abstract:The synthesis of N formylmorpholine was studied. Morpholine is the main raw material, and formic acid or methyl methanoate is aclyting agent. In the presence of catalyst, morpholine was reacted under thermory and pressure. The result of experiment show that at the presence of catalyst the conversion of morpholine reaches 95%, and purity of distilled N formylmorpholine reaches 99%. |
