固體超強酸催化合成甘油三醋酸酯的研究 |

摘 要:采用固體超強酸SO42-/Fe2O3-TiO2為催化劑,由冰醋酸和甘油反應合成甘油三醋酸酯。優(yōu)惠合成條件為:醇∶酸=1∶4.0(mol/mol),催化劑用量為甘油質(zhì)量的8%,反應時(shí)間為4h。酯化率可達96%。催化劑具有容易回收并可循環(huán)使用、不污染環(huán)境等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 |

Study on Synthesis of Glycerol Triacetate with Solid Superacid Catalyst |

Abstract:In the presence of solid superacid catalyst SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 TiO 2, The glycerol triacetate was synthesized from glacial acetic acid and glycerol. The optimum conditions are as follow:mole ratio of glycerol to glacial acetic acid is 1∶4.0, reaction time of reflux 4h, mass of catalyst 8% of glycerol. The yield of glycerol triacetate reaches 96%. The catalyst have many advantages, such as easy to be recovered, feasible to be used repeatedly, and less pollution to the environment. |
