微波輻射催化合成氯乙酸十六酯的研究 |

摘 要:研究了在無(wú)水硫酸銅的催化下,利用微波輻射技術(shù)快速合成氯乙酸十六酯的方法及影響反應收率的因素。實(shí)驗優(yōu)惠反應條件為:氯乙酸和十六醇的摩爾比為4∶1,催化劑用量2 0g,微波輻射時(shí)間5min,微波功率729W。平均收率達83.6%。用IR表征了產(chǎn)物的結構。 |

The Synthesis of Hexadecanol Bischloroacetate with Catalyst under Microwave Irradiation |

Abstract:The hexadecanol bischloroacetate was synthesized fastly with the technique of microwave irradiation with the anhydrous cupric sulfate as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of hexadecanol and chloroacetic acid is 5∶1(mol/mol), the amount of catalyst 2.0g, the power microwave 729W, the ratiating time of microware 5 min. Under the conditions the yield is 83.6%. The molecular structures of the fatty alcohol chloracetates were characterized by IR. |
