丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：采用濃硫酸作催化劑,用丙二醇甲醚和冰醋酸酯化合成丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,考察了醚和酸的比例、催化劑用量、帶水劑用量與種類(lèi)、反應時(shí)間和反應溫度等因素對反應的影響。優(yōu)惠反應條件為:冰醋酸∶丙二醇甲醚=1.3∶1(mol/mol),催化劑用量為反應液質(zhì)量的1.0%,帶水劑A用量為反應液質(zhì)量的25%,反應溫度104～110℃,反應時(shí)間3h。丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯的收率達96.5%。 |

| Abstract：The process of esterification of propylene glycol monomethyl ether (PM) was investigated with acetic acid to synthesize propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PMA) by using 98% sulfuric acid as catalyst. The influences on the yield of product of mole ratio of acetic acid to PM, quantity of the catalyst, quantity and kinds of feedstock, reaction time, and reaction temperature was studied.
