RP-HPLC法定量分析花椒油素 |

| 摘 要：采用反相高效液相色譜法 ,對人工合成花椒油素進(jìn)行定量測定。采用C18( 6×150mm)色譜柱 ,流動(dòng)相為甲醇 +水 ,流速為 1ml/min ,檢測波長(cháng)在 2 90nm。檢測回收率和變異系數分別為 98 93%～ 10 1.82 %和 0 17%。 |

| Quantitative Analysis of Xanthoxylin by RP-HPLC |

| Abstract：The quantitative analysis of synthesized xanthoxylin was studied by RP-HPLC. An ODS (C 18 , 6×150mm) was employed using Methanol and water as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 290nm. The recovery is between 98.93%～101.82%. The coefficient of variation is 0.17%. The results were accorded with the request of analysis. |
