HPLC法測定吡·咪懸浮種衣劑中的有效成分 |

| 摘 要：介紹了用一根C18柱,在同一色譜條件下,以甲醇和水為流動(dòng)相,對吡蟲(chóng)啉和咪鮮胺混配制劑進(jìn)行定量分析。該方法的標準偏差分別為0.012和0.014,變異系數分別為1.07%和2.64%,線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數分別為0.9996和0.9997,回收率分別為98.93%～102.79%和98.7%～100.49%。 |

| Determination of Imidacloprid and Prochloraz for Seed Coating Formulation by HPLC |

| Abstract：A quantitative analytical method was introduced for seed coating formulation of imidacloprid and prochloraz by reversed phase HPLC with C 18 column and UV?235?nm, methanol and water=60+40(V/V) as mobile phase. The result shows that the standard deviations are 0.012 and 0.014; the coeffients of variation are 1.07% and 2.64%; the linear correlations are 0 9996 and 0 9997; the recoveries are 98 93% 102.79% and 98.75% 100.49%. |
