納米氧化鎳的制備及表征 |

摘 要:以尿素、NiCl2·6H2O為原料,采用均相沉淀法制備了前驅體Ni(OH)2,再經(jīng)高溫煅燒,得到納米氧化鎳。用TG DTA熱分析、X射線(xiàn)衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡觀(guān)察(SEM)等測量方法對氧化鎳前驅體的熱分解過(guò)程、納米氧化鎳顆粒的晶體結構、粒徑和形態(tài)進(jìn)行了研究。 |

The Preparation and Characterization of Nanometer NiO |

Abstract:The Ni(OH) 2 precursor was prepared by a homogeneous precipitation method from urea and NiCl 2·6H 2O. Then the nanometer NiO was obtained with annealing at high temperature. Thermo decomposition presses of Ni(OH) 2 precursor, microstructure, morphology, and the particle size of nanometer NiO were investigated by means of TG DTA, X ray powder diffraction(XRD), and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). |
