高效液相色譜法測定仲丁威及其主要雜質(zhì) |

| 摘 要：采用高效液相色譜法 ,使用反相色譜柱和紫外檢測器 ,用外標法對仲丁威原藥的有效成分及主要雜質(zhì)進(jìn)行定量分析。方法的標準偏差分別為 0 4 5、 0 0 3;變異系數為0 4 8%、3 37% ;線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為 0 99993、0 99991;回收率為 99 3%～ 10 1 0 5%、99 6%～ 10 2 5%。 |

| Abstract：A external method is developed for determination of fenobucarb and impurity by HPLC with reversed chromatographic column and UV absorbance detector. Results showed the standard deviation was 0.45, 0.03; the coefficient of variation was 0.48%, 3.37%; linear correlation was 0.99993, 0.99991 and recovery was 99.3%～101.05%, 99.6%～102.5%. |
